Please read through this before ordering any prints, it should answer most of your questions. Contact me if you have any more.
Q. How can I pay?
A. Currently just secure PayPal payments. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay via credit or debit card through PayPal.
Q. How much is shipping and where do you ship?
A. Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 USD for however much you order and that is anywhere in the world! For orders over $100 the shipping fee is waived. Orders are shipped via USPS.
Q. Are there customs, brokerage or VAT fees for shipments outside the United States?
A. Please look into your country’s policy for importing photographic prints to see what fees, if any, will be charged upon receipt. The value on the package will be marked low to try and avoid such fees but border agents often inspect packages and tax them anyway. You, the buyer, are responsible for any fees incurred. Personally I have had no fees on packages shipped to Canada.
Q. How is the quality of the prints?
A. The prints are printed by a professional print shop on archival Kodak Endura paper rated to last 100 years – I am not printing them out of my cheap little inkjet. 🙂 In addition, the prints are sourced from the original files which are much higher resolution than the desktop wallpapers featured on the site.
Q. Will the prints appear exactly as they do on the site?
A. The prints will not have any watermarks on the front of them and they will be slightly cropped depending on the print size so they fit the print’s aspect ratio without stretching.
Q. Do you offer any other print sizes?
A. Yes. I only put popular sizes up on the site but I can print anywhere from 4×6 inches to 24×36 inches and all sizes in between. You can contact me for special orders. Just tell me the title of the print (or link) and what size(s) you want and I will send a total cost to you.
Q. Do you sell other types of prints like canvas or acrylic?
A. Yes, please contact me with what you want and I will get you a quote.
Q. How long does it take to receive my shipment?
A. In the United States and Canada it should take about 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. Internationally it may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the country. If you don’t receive your shipment within 4 weeks please contact me and I will verify the tracking and if there’s a problem I will send out new prints.
Q. My prints arrived damaged. What can I do?
A. Please send me a picture of the damage (so I can show my printing company) and I will ship out new prints to you free of charge.
Q. Are their returns or refunds?
A. Please choose your prints carefully as there is no refunds if you decide you do not like it. As explained above we do send out new prints for lost or damaged orders. We will also replace prints that may have any printing errors but since each print is inspected this should not happen.
